Is the "Other Scholarships/ Grants/ Fellowships" amount the amount of my overall scholarships minus the amount of my tuition and related expenses?

This is for the 1098-T form. Do I need to subtract my overall scholarship money from my "tuition and other paid expenses" amount in order to get my "other scholarship/grant/ fellowship" amount?
