You can claim the Lifetime Learning credit against your taxes of up to $2,000 a year per tax return, but you won’t receive a refund if the credit is greater than your tax bill. In other words, if you don't owe any tax, the credit can't be applied to your return.
As stated previously, either change your student status to "not a student" and/or delete Forms 8863 and 1098-T.
