You can enter the additional expenses after the 1098-T is entered in the Education Interview

You can also indicate that the distribution was used for education expenses when you enter the 1099-Q. The program does not need you to enter the expenses themselves in this section.

If the distribution was used for education expenses you also needn't enter the 1099-Q unless you need TurboTax to calculate an education credit.

 

According to the IRS  Page 45

"Generally, distributions are tax free if they aren't more than the beneficiary's AQEE for the year. Don't report tax-free distributions (including qualifying rollovers) on your tax return."
