Q. Is my wife a fulltime student for 2023 if she graduated on May 28th? Does this number round up to count the month, or is it simply not all the way there?
A. For the five month rule, any part of the month counts as a "month". So the extreme example is: a student is enrolled from Jan 31 to May 1. That counts as 5 months.
