I’ve a 529 plan for my dependent daughter and dependent son, both are full-time college students. I plan to withdraw some money from the 529-plan to help pay for the tuition this year. If I withdraw $X to pay for my son’s and $Y to pay for my daughter’s tuition, will I receive two 1099-Qs . Because I plan to have the money deposit to my account, the form will show me as the recipient.
In TurboTax, will it allow me to enter the information in the 1099-Q for both my son and daughter individually? Or will I need to be combine the two 1099-Qs and report the total of $X+$Y?
