If you used all of the 529 plan distribution for qualified education expenses you don’t have to report that form at all on your return. If you are using the 1098-T for education credit do not use for that credit the same expenses covered by the 1099-Q. Unless the student had scholarship income greater than expenses she can ignore the 1098-T.
