Q I tried to include both of the 1099-Q's on my son's 1040 form, but TurboTax (TT) will only include the 1099-Qs with my son's name.
A. TT is doing it correctly. You are the "recipient" of the other distribution/1099-Q.
Q. What do I do with the 1099-Q that has my name on it? Do I include it on my tax form?
A. Yes. But, if you know none of it is taxable. It does not have to be reported, ay all, as explained above.
