So that I don't waste time with details that don't apply to you, can you provide some more information please?
When you enroll in college, will you be enrolling as an undergraduate, or a graduate student that already has a 4 year degree?
Are you single or married? (yes, this "could" matter)
On Dec 31 of 2018 (pay attention to the year) will you be under the age of 24?
In 2018 (pay attention to the year again) do you think you will have more than $4050 of *EARNED* income that will be reported to you on a W-2 and/or 1099-MISC? (Or self-employment income of more than $400)
WIth your answers to the above, I can "weed out" the information that doesn't apply to you.
