Yes, attending at least part of at least 5 months makes you a student.
The 1098-T will either be used for a credit, will show you need to claim income or have no taxable effect at all.
The main concern is
did you pay more in Education Expenses (Box 1) than what you received in assistance (Box 5) or is it a wash?
