Starting in 2022, taxable scholarship now goes on line 8r of schedule 1 instead of line 1 on form 1040 with "SCH".
You have to enter it in the education expenses section, to get it there. It's a long interview, but TT will allow you to enter scholataships even though you answer no to going to school (at most screens you can just press continue without answering the questions). When asked how much of the scholarship was used for room & board, enter the taxable (probably all of it) amount.
