Q. Can my parents still claim me as a dependent for the 2022 tax year?
A. No.
There are two types of dependents, "Qualifying Children"(QC) and Other ("Qualifying Relative" in IRS parlance even though they don't have to actually be related). There is no income limit for a QC but there is an age limit, student status, a relationship test and residence test.
You can not be their Qualifying Child because you did not live with them for more than half the year. You can not be their Qualifying Relative because you made more than $4400 in 2022.
