That's the 1099-R worksheet. You are correct The "+sign notes" are not saved to the pdf file. But they are saved to the .tax file. That is, you still have the 2021 software on you computer, you have that "document". You also are given a chance to print the "+sign notes".
Use of that function is pretty rare. I'll pass your comment along to TT. I'm curious, why do you think you needed to enter something there?
