Otherwise, Here's the workaround:
In TurboTax Online (TTO), enter at:
Federal Taxes Tab
Deductions & Credits
-Scroll down to:
--Education Expenses and Scholarships
Answer Yes when asked if you attended college ( Lying to TurboTax to get it to do what you want does not constitute lying to the IRS). Go carefully thru the entire interview. You will eventually reach a screen that asks you to enter scholarship not shown on a 1098-T. When asked how much was used for room and board (R&B), enter the whole amount. R&B are not "qualified educational expenses". So, this is how you tell TT that it is taxable.
