How do you enter income that belongs on Schedule 1 line 8r if you weren't a student?

I have scholarship/fellowship income that belongs on Schedule 1 line 8r from a postdoc that's an "educational experience" not employment. There are no tax documents generated; just a summary of stipend and health insurance payments.

If I enter it as "other" in less common income it gets input to line 8z. This means that it isn't counting as eligible income for IRA contributions even though it should be as a line 8r entry.

I assume that the way TurboTax allows this to be entered is buried somewhere inside of the education/1098-T module. The problem being that it doesn't progress that far once I enter that I wasn't a student. It terminates that module and directs you to the next one.
