Thanks - He’s slipping through the cracks of New Jersey family care and the marketplace… Be more specific he said that he could get on my employer plan even if I don’t claim him as a dependent but what if he does not check the box that he can be claimed as a dependent and he files as independent if he files as independent will he qualify for my employer health plan?
