Hello, I graduated college in 2021 (OR) and planned to go to nursing school this year. I got accepted to the program (in OH) paid for the $300 direct deposit and the CPR class that was required for me to take before meeting with advisor and the application cost for the school. I ended up not going, and I technically never got to the point where I was fully registered for the semester so no tuition was paid, aside from the direct deposit fee. None of this was refundable and I assume I will not be getting any 1098-t because I wasn’t at least a part time student. Am I able to claim any of these expenses?
