I see that the University has an "OPE ID" which has the same format as a EIN. This is on the spreadsheet "international-schools-in-federal-loan-programs.xlsx" from <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="
https://studentaid.ed.gov/sites/default/files/international-schools-in-federal-loan-programs.xlsx">h... this be used as the EIN I wonder.
