I am unsure of what defines "four years" for the AOTC. I started college in fall of 2017 and graduated May of 2021, which is exactly four academic years, but I technically attended in five different calendar years. I am not being claimed as a dependent this year, and my parents have never claimed this credit either. I was a full time student in the spring semester of 2021. Am I eligible to claim?
