Does the American Rescue Plan Grant qualify as an "Other Grant" to be claimed when entering high education information for Deductions

$500 was credited to my college tuition balance during 2021 as part of the American Rescue Plan.  Does this amount qualify as a grant that should be declared even though it was not listed on my 1098-T?
