SO just to clarify-Since we make to much to qualify or any of the credits and there are sufficient expenses to cover the box 1 amount on the 1099-Q its ok to leave the 1099-Q and 1099-T of all tax returns. They are both in my sons name. And since he will be filing to get his withholding back since he only made 4500$ approx he doesn't need to put them on his return either?
