My spouse and I both work I receive a W2 and my spouse receives a 1099. I typically track our income during the year and have a good idea of our total tax burden. If, based on our total tax situation and only my witholdings, we expect to meet our overall tax burden, does my spouse need to pay estimated taxes? If not, are we required to file any sort of form proving such?
