Box 5 of the 1098-T = $2,829
Box 1 of the 1099-Q = $1,659
Box 2 of the 1099-Q = $376
Room and board costs = $0
All other qualified expenses paid, namely books, computers, software other course materials or fees not included in box 1 of the 1098-T = $0 (minimal)
