Thanks for your quick reply. That seems to make the most sense. I have no clue why Fidelity doesn't use the same terminology as TT. Perhaps TT could add a statement or footnote explaining this under the "Smart Check". I suspect that other on line brokers may use different terminology. Appreciate your response!!
