Actually, the first question that needs to be asked/answered is, are "you" a U.S. citizen or resident alien with a social security number? If not, then you can't use any version of TurboTax to file your U.S. tax return, and a completely different set of rules applies to you. You have to file a 1040-NR which TurboTax does not support.
