Yes, you will enter both Form 1098s. Just make sure that when you are entering your Box 5 amounts (Mortgage Insurance Premiums) that the total equals the total insurance actually paid during the calendar year (and that you are not double counting the payments). You may want to contact your lenders and ask if the amount in Box 5 is a full year's worth of insurance premiums.

You can just add both of these Form 1098s under the home mortgage interest section. After you enter one 1098, you can go back in and add the second 1098 by selecting "add a lender" (screenshot)

For the property taxes, you can just enter the combined total amount.

To enter your Mortgage Interest and Mortgage Insurance in TurboTax Online or Desktop, please follow these steps:

  1. Once you are in your tax return  (for TurboTax Online sign-in, click Here), click on the “Federal Taxes” tab ("Personal" tab in TurboTax Home & Business)
  2. Next click on “Deductions and credits”
  3. Next click on "jump to full list" or “I’ll choose what I work on”
  4. Scroll down the screen until to come to the section “Your Home”
  5. Choose "show more", then Mortgage Interest, Refinancing and Insurance and follow the onscreen instructions.

To enter your Property Taxes in TurboTax Online or Desktop, please follow these steps:

  1. Once you are in your tax return, click on the “Federal Taxes” tab ("Personal" tab in TurboTax Home & Business)
  2. Next click on “Deductions and credits”
  3. Next click on "jump to full list" or “I’ll choose what I work on”
  4. Scroll down the screen until to come to the section “Your Home”
  5. Choose "show more", then Property Taxes and follow the onscreen instructions
