I paid $3,200 ($1,200 in 2018- $2,000 in 2019) and the $1,200 were refunded. The problem is that they deducted the money ($1200) I paid in 2018 from the money I am eligible to claim the credits in 2019.
My whole expenses are $2,000. I have the receipt.
