As IRS has not updated its own form 2018 Form 8917, we do not know when the 2018 TurboTax program will be updated, unfortunately.
You can still use the program to manually amend, but it will be a bit tricky. When you print out the Form 1040X, there's a line for adjustments to income. Enter the adjusted amount there and provide an explanation of the reason. Use a 2017 Form 8917 to calculate the amount, since a 2018 form is not available. You can change the date on the form to 2018. Then mail it with the amendment Form 1040X.
