3. Do I have to send 2019 1098t form by mail?
4. If I can file 2019 form, can I do it Turbotax even though I already submitted to file w-2 ?

6. If I cannot, what tax app can I use to file it?
7. If completing file old forms take more than April 15th, what should I do? Is IRS going to give a notice to me?
8. If they do, how they do? They'll do via my email or mail or phone?
