There is a possibility that there is residual information on the 1098-T forms from your previous entries. You should delete the forms then clear your cache and cookies. [Hold down the Cntrl, Shift, and Delete keys at the same time]
You should enter the 1098-T's back into the software and you should not receive these error messages.
