I am working without a 1098-T. I only have his Term Fee Bill for Spring and Fall because UConn isn't required to produce the 1098-T. I still don't understand why it is taxable income since scholarships, etc. are $452 than tuition and fees? Could you explain further? Thank you for your assistance.
