I paid tuition in January 2017 for a 2017 semester. I didn't get a 2017 1098-T. They made a form for the 2016 taxes instead. How do I claim this on 2017 taxes?

I paid tuition in January 2017 for a 2017 spring semester. I went to get my 1098-T and they made a form for the 2016 taxes instead. I hadn't claim it on 2016 taxes because I honestly assumed I would be doing this for 2017 and didn't look up the 1098T last year.

How can I claim this tuition payment on the 2017 taxes? The 2017 1098-T doesn't even have an amount in box 1 ("Payments received for qualified tuition and related expenses")
