there are two different places to enter.
Take a look at Georgia credits. One is if YOU donated the other place if your COMPANY (PARTNERSHIP/SCORP) DONATED
Personal, home, and family credits
Education expenses credit (start/revisit)
this will fill out the It-QEE-TP2 section A individual and sch 2
if you recieved as a k-1 go to the GA Business and K-1 credits( if your partnership or scorp gave the donation)

this is code 125 on the sch 2 sec b you will need to be filled out by hand (or your corp/partnership has already done this for you) IT-QEE-TP2 and mailed
