Graduate student with a stipend on a grant, but no W-2 or 1098-T form

I am a graduate student who receives a stipend every month which are taxable dollars. However, because the stipend is part of a grant, the school is not required to give us a W-2 or 1098T for filing our taxes. I know I have to pay for taxes for September-December of 2016 (the months I have been in school), but Turbo Tax doesn't seem to have the guidelines for someone like me in this scenario.
