Many dental expenses qualify for the medical expense itemized deduction on Schedule A.

Here's a link to IRS publication 502, Medical Expenses, where you can look on page 7 under the heading "Dental Treatment" for a list of deductible services (https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p502.pdf).

To enter these expenses in TurboTax, click on the Federal Taxes tab, then Deductions & Credits, then scroll down to Medical and select Medical Expenses.  Then follow the prompts.  You'll see an entry box for "Doctors & Dentists" which is where you'll input your amount paid.
