Go to the Oklahoma state interview in TurboTax. Proceed through the interview, answering questions as needed.
When you come to a screen with the heading "Tax Credits", look down to "Credit for Contributions to a Scholarship-granting Organization". Click on Start to the right. This is where you will enter the information for this 50% or 75% credit.
