Turtotax will ask if you received this form and you will answer No. After that you will be asked about the full amount of tuition and fees paid to the educational institution, which includes all of the amounts paid by you, someone else, scholarships, fellowships, or student loans. After this you will be asked about additional educational expenses such as books, classroom supplies, and lab equipment.
