Yes! Tuition (and other expenses, like Books) paid with loan funds counts as 'out of pocket' expenses you paid.
If you received a 1098-T from the school, you can enter it in TurboTax. If there is an amount in Box 5 for Scholarships/Grants, this will be subtracted from expenses to calculate the amount eligible for an education credit.
