I used turbo tax to do my taxes but got overwhelmed when I tried down loading the files and my printer when wild(mainly because I was. not able to set it up to print my returns and got overwhelmed ....my taxes are complicated by the fact that I had major medical costs and etc. Looking for help in getting my taxes done now that turbotax has completed their end...have a WF 3620 printer but unable to configure it correctly so got a lot of forms all mixed up and unable to file
