Did you have an installment sale? You have all of the forms generated to take care of you if you had an installment sale for which you have received no payments as of yet. That's why no capital gains are showing.
If you did not have an installment sale (which is where you are receiving payments over time) then you have entered something incorrectly and you should do as @allenyoung advises and delete the sale of your property and start over.
