If you didn't use the vehicle for business purposes during the year but plan on using it again in the future, enter zero for all mileage questions, including total mileage for the year and commuting miles. In other words, all mileage boxes should have zeroes.
If you converted the vehicle to personal use and don't plan on using it again in the future for your business, you should report that you stopped using it for business. Look for a checkbox at the bottom of the vehicle information page. After you check the box, enter the date you stopped using it in the drop-down box.
