I'm assuming you are trying to enter your stock ownership in TurboTax Business for your Form 1120S. You can change your stock shares by entering the correct amount on your Schedule K-1 in Forms mode.
To do this in TurboTax Business you can follow these steps:
- Within your tax return, click the Forms icon to switch to Forms mode
- Scroll down to your Schedule K-1(XXX) that you need to correct and click on it
- In the preview screen, scroll down to section H and you can change your number of shares for the Beginning of tax year
