Type 'Schedule C' in the Search area, then click on 'Jump to schedule c'. If you have already set up your Business, choose EDIT next to your business name.

Scroll down to 'Add Income' in TurboTax Online.

TurboTax Desktop will take you through several screens before asking if you received income on a 1099-Misc after choosing EDIT.
