There are two mileage rates in effect for 2022 for business mileage.
1/1-6/30 is 58.5 cents per mile
7/1-12/31 is 62.5 cents per mile
Double check that you entered the date the vehicle was placed in service, own or lease. If you lease the car, you can't claim lease cost and standard mileage.
Entering zero for the first part is correct.
I wonder if you lease. Otherwise, I tried your scenario and it worked fine for owning a vehicle.
