Have you had a chance to look into this issue? If not, I do I report the bug directly to Turbo Tax?
There is a further bug when printing the forms in the same scenario... ALT General Page 2 is missing and then a new set of ALT copies named '1' and '2' instead of 'COPY1' and 'COPY2' appears!
