You should enter your real estate taxes in the real estate tax field for each home office, not the excess real estate tax field.  You will be entering the same amount twice, but then it will be prorated according to the respective sizes of each home office.  

 

Since you are not using Schedule A Itemized Deductions, your real estate tax is not being limited on Schedule A.  The excess real estate tax question in the home office section refers to the portion of real estate tax that you were not allowed to claim on Schedule A due to a limitation.
