There is no way to enter the fiscal year dates in TurboTax, not even in forms mode, not even with an override. There is no way to enter it "manually" in TurboTax. The only way is to print the return and write it at the top of Form 1040 with a pen.
Again, TurboTax does not support the use of a fiscal year in any way.
