I found a way to reset this section in case anyone else has the same trouble. Simply go to "Tax Tools" on the left menu, click "Tools," and then select "Delete a Form." I used control + F to search and find "Crypto..." It says Crypto worksheet, but worksheet is abbreviated. Delete that form. You'll have to start that section completely over, but that is not that bad if you are importing spreadsheets.
