Using TurboTax for years does not make you a "Covered Consumer" under the agreement. To be a Covered Consumer you have to have met a very detailed and specific set of requirements. Read the definition of a Covered Consumer in xmasbaby0's post immediately above this one. Most TurboTax users are not Covered Consumers.
