I was prompted to complete the 7203 form. It is done, but, not included in my paper forms. Why isn't this getting e-filed? My S Corp had a loss that I am claiming.

I was prompted to complete the 7203 form.  It is done, but, not included in my paper forms.  Why isn't this getting e-filed?  My S Corp had a loss that I am claiming.  I should be filing it.
