Agreed. This software is totally crap. Spent numerous hours trying to get around the bugs and the final insult was not being able to efile because of a software glitch once again. I had to print a 70 page return. Will NEVER buy again. Tried customer service, but was told that there were no reps specifically for the Business software and the agent could not help me because he did not know the software. Also had problems a couple of years ago and they would not do anything about it except for send me a refund. I don't know what I was thinking giving them another chance. Its far WORSE!
